111110 - Assistant Minister Support the formulation and development of the general strategy and main objectives of the ministr, contribute to the review and development the organizational structure of the ministry, forming advisory committees and work committees, defining their tasks and duties, and leading the ministry under the direction of the minister in all its activities and work and issuing the necessary decisions, and in representing The Ministry and coordination with the ministries, authorities and concerned authorities.-
Main Tasks:
Support the formulation and development of the general strategy and main objectives of the ministry and its organizational subordinate units as well as follow up on implementation; direct the ministry's departments, offices and branches throughout the Kingdom and implement the general visions and policies of the government in accordance with the laws, regulations and decisions in force.
Contribute to the review and development of the organizational structure of the ministry, ensuring the existance of qualified leaders in critical and key positions in the ministry ensuring effective and efficient implementation of policies and plans.
Supervise the coordination of the work of the Ministry’s general sectors and departments; ensure that the decisions and circulars issued by all its affiliated units are followed and implemented; review reports submitted by different affiliated units; evaluate work and approve deliverables according to the ministry's directiona and governing laws and regulations.
Represent the ministry internally and externally; build strategic relationships with the external work partners; coordinate projects and joint efforts; ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of coordination, integration and coherence among all the organizational subordinate units.
Supervise the preparation of reports about the achievements and activities of the organizational subordinate units; present such reports to the senior leadership of the Governorate; brief the senior leadership on the various challenges and developments; and provide solutions and recommendations for various strategic issues and important future initiatives.
