111204 - Region Emirate Deputy Participate in setting the key objectives and strategies; manage and direct efforts to study and identify the needs and priorities for the development of the region; directly supervision various works in the Region; direct and follow up the flow of daily operations in line with the overall strategy and key objectives set for the development and furtherance of the Region; and strive to achieve these objectives.
Main Tasks:
Participate in the development of the Region Emirate’s key strategies and objectives; generally supervise a specific activity or public affairs within the Emirate; and follow-up the flow of the operations and procedures as well as the level of the provided services.
Contribute to the management, direction and execution of the Emirate’s strategic objectives through the issuance of administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and decisions related to the management of the operations of the organizational subordinate units with the aim to implement the developed plans, programs and objectives; and ensure the employees’ compliance with these instructions.
Study and identify the needs and priorities for the social, economic and urban development of the Emirate, its administrative region and governorates; follow up undertaking the initiatives, programs and projects aimed at achieving the comprehensive growth of the emirate and providing a safe and developed environment; and ensure the provision of all the necessary resources to achieve these goals.
Represent and acting on behalf of the Emirate in events, meetings and conferences with the various concerned members of the community in the Emirate and identify their needs, requirements and observations on the level of the services provided by the Emirate and its organizational subordinate units.
Supervise the preparation of reports about the achievements and activities of the organizational subordinate units; present such reports to the senior leadership of the Emirate; brief the senior leadership on the various challenges and developments; and provide solutions and recommendations for various strategic issues and important future initiatives.
