111211 - The Kingdom Permanent Delegate

Represent the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the international organizations and bodies; ensure the that the Kingdom's views on various issues and matters are clarified and communicated in line with the interest of the Kingdom and in accordance with its foreign policies; and oversee the work of the Permanent Delegation and direct its employees.

Main Tasks:
  • Communicate with the representatives and officials of other countries with the aim to ensure common understanding of the Kingdom's views, policies and external positions as well as accurately convey and communicate them to other parties in line with the interests of the Kingdom.
  • Supervise all the arrangements and preparations related to the official visits; ensure the prior coordination of international meetings, events and conferences the Kingdom hosts or take part in.
  • Attend and ensure advance preparation for the permanent and emergent meetings and conferences of the international organizations and bodies and express the Kingdom's views on various raised issues and matters.
  • Supervise the preparation of reports and recommendations related to various important developments and strategic issues with the aim to present them to the higher authorities in the Kingdom in order to take the appropriate decisions and actions.
  • Review all reports and documents emanating from the international organizations and bodies; interpret, comment on, and communicate these reports and documents to the relevant authorities in the Kingdom, ensuring the submission of relevant recommendations and proposals.
