Supervise the development and preparation of the general objectives and strategic plans of the Federation; generally supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the Federation's works in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Supervise the development and preparation of the strategic plans and general objectives of the Federation in line with the outlined strategic visions and priorities set for it; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
Generally supervise the performance and works of all the organizational subordinate units of the Federation; lead the direction and follow up of the progress of the general operations and procedures as well as the level of the provided services; ensure their consistency and conformity with the comprehensive quality standards and the approved principles of the institutional excellence.
Supervise drawing out the strategies and programs for the development of the works, activities and services provided by the Federation; and ensure the availability of all the modern techniques and means to enable the Federation to apply the principles and methods of work as required.
Continually coordinate, communicate and build strategic relationships with the external work partners; coordinate projects and joint efforts; ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration and coherence among all the organizational subordinate units.
Supervise the processes of preparing the general achievement reports and summaries; present these reports and summaries to the top competent authorities; inform these authorities of the various challenges and developments; and consult them about various strategic issues and the important future initiatives.
