Participate in the development of the strategic objectives and plans as well as the policies and operational plans for the organizational subordinate units; Generally supervise the flow of the operations therein; ensure and follow up the achievement and implementation of the set objectives; and submit summaries and reports on the achievement to the senior management.
Main Tasks:
Participate in the development and achievement of the general strategy through setting the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans for the organizational subordinate units.
Provide recommendations to the senior management regarding the needs of the organizational subordinate units in terms of the financial and human resources as well as the administrative requirements that are necessary to carry out all works and activities.
Issue the administrative, organizational and technical instructions, circulars and decisions related to managing the operations of the organizational subordinate units with the aim to implement the set plans, programs and objectives.
Generally supervise the performance of the employees of the organizational subordinate units; and follow up the human resources programs aimed at developing, motivating and encouraging the employees and evaluating their performance.
Supervise the level of services provided in the organizational subordinate units in terms of quality, accuracy, effectiveness, professionalism; and take the appropriate decisions.
