Plan, direct and coordinate the general strategy and activities of the entity, in consultation with the senior management; take responsibility for the overall performance of the entity; and represent the entity externally.

Main Tasks:
  • Set the general strategy for the entity and supervise the implementation thereof.
  • Lead the entity; initiate the implementation of the general strategy; and provide guidance and instructions to senior management.
  • Report the performance of the entity to the Board of Directors; and prepare and submit the annual operational budgets and the periodic performance reports.
  • Monitor the performance of the entity and its employees; ensure the adequate training; and address the deficiencies in operations and performance.
  • Directly set and adjust long-term annual budgets; submit reports and explains of any deviations to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders; represent the entity externally in the matters relating to the business; and build and maintain relationships with the media, interest groups, financial analysts and other relevant parties.
