112003 - Regional Manger
Plan, direct and coordinate the strategy and activities of the regional business unit; manage day-to-day operations; prepare and submit the performance reports to the main branch; and ensure the compliance with the company's procedures and operations.
Main Tasks:
Develop the general strategies, plans and policies of the Regional Business Unit; and supervise their implementation.
Manage and guide daily operations of the Regional Business Unit; participate in meetings with key clients to support and develop businesses; and review program achievements.
Monitor the performance of the operations in the light of the set objectives; identify the patterns; and take corrective actions.
Present reports on the performance of the Regional Business Unit to the main branch of the company; participate in the development of the extended standards of the company; and oversee their implementation locally.
Select, train and supervise employees; monitoring their performance and behavior in light of the set objectives; train and direct subordinates; and develop the policies and procedures that ensure compliance with HSE laws and regulations and oversee their implementation.
