Participate in setting the general objectives, policies and operational plans; manage, plan and organize the work of the organizational subordinate units in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; and ensure the availability of all technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Participate in setting the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans of the General Management; identify the key objectives, target values, their indicators and mechanisms of measurement; and review and present the work and achievement reports to Senior Management.
Determine the General Management’s needs in terms of competencies and talents; give recommendations with respect to the human resources’ decisions such as rewards, appointments, promotions and the staff transfer in the organizational subordinate units.
Coordinate the work of the organizational subordinate units; monitor and follow up the performance of their employees, evaluate their performance, identify their training needs; recommend the necessary training courses; and participate in monitoring the success and effectiveness of these courses.
Build and maintain effective relationships with the external business partners; coordinate projects and joint efforts; ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration among all the organizational subordinate units.
Ensure the availability of all the modern techniques and means to enable the organizational subordinate units to apply the principles and methods of work as required.
