112007 - Partner Manager

Plan, direct and coordinate the corporate's strategy and advisory activities in collaboration with all partners; manage daily operations; and strengthen the customer relationships in order to develop the businesses.

Main Tasks:
  • Establish the corporate's overall vision, mission, strategic goals and plans; communicate with the company and its senior management about strategy; and supervise its implementation.
  • Managing and directing daily work, participating in meetings with key customers and work teams to support and develop business, reviewing program results, as well as approving financial reports .and other related reports
  • Follow up on the latest trends in the industry; help develop new services and solutions for existing and potential customers; and help breaking into new markets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients; build up a network of relationships with other partner managers; provide effective solutions and maintain the high standards of the service.
  • Select, train and supervise employees; monitoring their performance and behavior in light of the set objectives; provide support to, train and direct team leaders in relation to the strategic and operational inputs; develop the policies and procedures that ensure compliance with HSE laws and regulations and oversee their implementation.
