112012 - Vice Chief of Public Entity

Participate in the identification and implementation of strategic goals and objectives, contribute to the planning of strategic activities and supervise the effective and efficient conduct of operations.

Main Tasks:
  • Contribute to the development and preparation of strategic plans and general objectives of the Entity in line with the outlined strategic visions and priorities prescribed for it and its competences and constitutive objectives;.
  • Supervise and follow up on the performance and works of all the organizational units of the Entity; take essential decsions critical for the entity; lead the direction and follow up of the progress of the general operations and procedures as well as the level of provided services; ensure their consistency and conformity with the comprehensive quality standards and the approved principles of the institutional excellence.
  • Supervise the implementation of development of strategies and programs aimed at developing and training the staff of the entity to ensure the availability of qualified and trained cadres in various fields of work; and ensure the availability of all modern techniques and means to enable them to apply the work principles and methods as required.
  • Continually coordinate, communicate and build strategic relationships with the external work partners; represent the entity internallyand externally; coordinate projects and joint efforts; ensure the availability of effective internal communication channels that achieve a high level of integration and coherence among all the organizational subordinate units.
  • Supervise the processes of preparing the general achievement reports and summaries; present these reports and summaries to the top competent authorities; inform these authorities of the various challenges and developments; and consult them about various strategic issues and the important future initiatives.
