Participate in the development of the financial management’s key objectives; directly supervise the management’s activities of planning and organizing the accounting and financial work; follow up the implementation of various operations; supervise employees and direct to follow the accounting and financial systems and rules; review their work; follow up all the approved administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing the financial management’s key objectives; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Ensure the implementation of the regulations, rules, decisions and instructions related to the financial affairs of the entity, develop financial strategies in accordance with the set objectives and goals; and supervise the identification of the financial needs, return requirements and the level of risk taking.
  • Coordinate with other organizational units to identify their financial needs, monitor exchange movements, ensure their constraint based on the established financial rules and produce the relevant recommendations to the senior management.
  • Supervise the preparation of the financial reports and balance sheets; analyze the final accounts; organize the financial and accounting records and books; ensure the soundness of the entries and follow up on their closure; and direct the affiliated employees as well as ensure their compliance with all the applicable financial and accounting systems and rules.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement in relation to the financial resources; present such abstracts and reports to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
