121102 - Account Manager

Participate in the development of the general objectives and plans of account management; directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the accounts' works in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the approved administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in developing the account management’s key objectives; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Review and develop the account management’s policies and procedures; follow up their implementation processes; supervise all the affiliated employees; direct them and evaluate their performance; and ensure their compliance with the approved accounting standards.
  • Manage the accounting operations related to the revenues and payments of the entity; ensure the soundness and effectiveness of the processes of recording and auditing the adopted accounting procedures; and record these operations in the accounting books of the entity.
  • Supervise the annual inventory; ensure the soundness of the procedures and records; manage the processes of balancing monthly and annual accounts; and ensure the maintenance of all the documents in accordance with the approved accounting standards.
  • Supervise the preparation of the accounting abstracts and reports; present them to the senior management; inform them about the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various important future cases and initiatives.
