121105 - Budget Manager

Participate in the development of the budget management’s key objectives; directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the budget in accordance with the operational plans and executive programs; draw up the budget of the entity in which he works; participate in committees formed to discuss the draft budget in preparation for the approval of its costs; follow up all the approved administrative operations; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the main objectives for budget management; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Review and develop asset and liability management systems and policies; manage the capital; distribute the allocations and financial transfers; improve budgets to support strategic and financial objectives and goals; monitor and evaluate the budget; and assess the potential risks such as liquidity, credit, capital, etc.
  • Supervise the preparation of the forms and records for the annual draft budget; outline a timetable for setting the budget in line with the financial regulations and rules; and provide the appropriate relevant recommendations to the senior management.
  • Direct the affiliated employees towards the optimized application of budget management and development practices and methods; identify budget management needs in terms of the financial, human resources and administrative requirements based on specific procedures and processes; and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
  • Supervise the preparation of abstracts and general reports on the budget; submit them to the senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
