Main Tasks:
Develop general administrative plans, policies and strategies for the company property valuation; and follow on the execution thereof.
Manage the advisory services of the property appraisal.
Provide qualified valuation products to the developers, constructors and other relevant stakeholders.
Select, train and supervise the staff, as well as controlling their performance and behaviors against specified objectives.
