121109 - Insurance Services Manager

Participate in setting the general objectives for insurance management; directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the work of the insurance related to properties, equipment and facilities of the entity, in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs thereof; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the key objectives of insurance management; develop and execute the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Review, develop and implement the policies of insurance management; manage the risks and approve the appropriate credit, claims and reinsurance; supervise the insurance teams such as accident inspectors and evaluators, evaluate their performance and improve their productivity.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the policies, plans and costs of the insurance services; study the offers made by the insurance companies; follow up the observations and complaints related to their services; and propose solutions to overcome and improve them in the future.
  • Supervise the risk-identifying process; ensure the availability of the insurance services that are suitable for them and at the appropriate financial cost; identify the needs of the entity in terms of the resources and administrative requirements to ensure the smooth conduct of the insurance operations; and inform the immediate supervisor of such needs in preparation for implementation.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports on the set insurance processes and required needs; present them to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various important future cases and initiatives.
