121117 - Statistics Manager Participate in the development of the key objectives of statistics; directly supervise the activities of management, planning and organizing the statistics work in line with the operational plans and executive programs; and prepare the related procedures. Follow up all the approved administrative processes; ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying that the daily operations are conducted as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in developing the key objectives for statistics ; develop and execute studies, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Review and develop the systems and policies of the statistics management; supervise the implementation thereof; and supervise the design of the processes and procedures; and guide employees to the optimum application and supervision of their work, evaluate their performance and improve their productivity.
Communicate with other organizational units with the aim to coordinate the statistical work, including form designing, data collecting, coordinating and analyzing, highlighting results and preparing reports; and communicate with these units regarding the results of these processes; and make and discuss recommendations and suggestions.
Direct the affiliated employees towards the optimized application of Statistics practices and methods; identify the statistics management needs in terms of the financial, human resources and administrative requirements based on specific procedures and processes; and submit them to the immediate supervisor.
Supervise the preparation of the statistics abstracts and reports; present them to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various important future cases and initiatives.
