121201 - Human Resources Operation Manager
Take part in developing the key objectives, policies, plans and programs of the human resources operations; directly supervise planning and organizing the human resources operations; follow on the work teams; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Participate in defining the key objectives of human resources management operations; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Develop detailed plans, programs and projects for HR processes and procedures; manage process drawing up, planning and continuous improvement; and follow up the implementation thereof, ensuring the best outputs and the achievement of the best levels of services and competencies.
Follow up on the amendments and changes in the human resources policies; and coordinate with the concerned human resources departments in order to reflect these amendments on the human resources operations, such as leaves, transportation, training, promotion, etc.
Identify the needs of the human resources operations management in terms of the financial and human resources and administrative requirements for the implementation and management of the business and activities.
Supervise the preparation of abstracts and general reports on the human resources operations; submit them to the senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
