121202 - Labor Force Planning Manager
Participate in setting the key objectives, plans and programs related to the labor force planning; manage the work and operations of the labor force planning, including analyzing the levels of supply and demand for human resources; and follow up the implementation of the set objectives in accordance with the drawn up plans and general strategies.
Main Tasks:
Develop the key objectives related to the labor force management and planning; develop and implement the related plans, programs and projects; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Supervise the preparation of the reports and statistics related to the movements of human resources and their demographic and functional characteristics, including employee transfers, promotions, accommodation, training, redeployment, etc.
Follow up and manage the processes of human resources planning; identify the needs of the various organizational units of the entity’s human resources; analyze the level and quality of the demand for competencies and compare them with the internal or external sources of supply; and recommend the appropriate procedures and solutions.
Identify the needs of the management of labor force planning in terms of the financial and human resources and administrative requirements for carrying out the labor force planning processes in a systematic and thoughtful way.
Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on labor force planning; submit them to the senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
