121203 - Professions Classification Manager

Take part in developing the key objectives, plans and programs for developing and implementing professions and job classification systems; directly supervise, describe, and determine the operational requirements of planning and organizing the work of job classification; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the key objectives of the job classification management with the aim to identify and select the best ways and methods of classifying, describing, and determining the occupational levels and operational requirements of job and profession classification in terms of the qualifications and years of experience; and develop and implement the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving these objectives.
  • Manage the procedures and processes of job classification; conduct the specialized researches and studies; and follow up all the local and international developments in the various professional fields with the aim of developing and updating the job classification system in coordination with the concerned authorities in these fields.
  • Supervise the work of job and professional classification as well as surveying, gathering and analyzing the required information and data; provide the specialized manuals; and provide the specialized consultative support to various authorities on the issues of job classification, description and evaluation.
  • Identify the needs of the job and profession classification in terms of the financial and human resources and administrative requirements for the implementation of the job and professional classification; ensure that the job classification system is comprehensive, systematic and modern; and apply this system in the most appropriate way.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on the job and profession classification; submit them to the senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
