121206 - Talent Manager
Plan, direct and coordinate the talent acquisition and management activities within the facility; and translate the work requirements into initiatives to develop, acquire and train the talents.
Main Tasks:
Manage the daily operations; ensure the optimal resource allocation; carry out the processes associated with staff planning, training and the improvement of their efficiency.
Design staff training programs during the initial preparation or training related to the job duties; and carry out the training and orientation schemes.
Monitor the performance of the department and conduct the periodic evaluations for the operations.
Direct and support the managers in implementing talent management programs, including employees’ replacement planning and performance evaluation.
Develop the policies and procedures with the aim of supporting the facility; and supervise the implementation thereof.
