Plan, direct and coordinate the talent acquisition and management activities within the facility; and translate the work requirements into initiatives to develop, acquire and train the talents.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage the daily operations; ensure the optimal resource allocation; carry out the processes associated with staff planning, training and the improvement of their efficiency.
  • Design staff training programs during the initial preparation or training related to the job duties; and carry out the training and orientation schemes.
  • Monitor the performance of the department and conduct the periodic evaluations for the operations.
  • Direct and support the managers in implementing talent management programs, including employees’ replacement planning and performance evaluation.
  • Develop the policies and procedures with the aim of supporting the facility; and supervise the implementation thereof.
