Participate in setting the key objectives, plans and programs related to the human resources development; directly supervise the activities of the performance management, training and development, competency frameworks, career path planning and succession programs; organize the work of the human resources development; follow up all the work prepared for that purpose; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of the operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the key objectives related to the management of the human resources development; develop and carry out the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
  • Develop the detailed plans, programs and projects related to the human resources development, including performance management, training and development of talents, career paths, employee replacement and succession programs; and follow up their implementation process to ensure the best outputs and results.
  • Supervise the implementation of the performance management system in the entity at all stages; direct and manage the process of identifying the training needs of the entity's employees; prepare the annual training plans; and ensure the effectiveness of the training and learning methods and that they are selected in an effective way, in coordination with the managers of organizational units.
  • Identify the needs of the management of human resources development in terms of the financial and human resources and the administrative requirements necessary to implement the various human resources development processes in order to meet the current and future needs of talents.
  • Supervise the preparation of abstracts and general reports on the operations of the human resources development; submit them to the senior management; and inform the senior management of different challenges and updates, and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
