Plan, direct and coordinate the activities and policies of the employee relations within the facility, including complaints and disciplinary procedures; and manage the collective or individual disputes between employees.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage the daily operations; ensure the optimal resource allocation; carry out the processes associated with staff planning, training and the improvement of their efficiency.
  • Assess the entity's exposure to the risks related to the employee relations; and develop the risk mitigation measures.
  • Monitor the performance of the department and conduct the periodic evaluations for the operations.
  • direct and support the managers in planning and implementing the employee relations processes.
  • Develop the policies and procedures with the aim of supporting the facility; and supervise the implementation thereof.
