Plan, direct and coordinate the activities and policies of the employee relations within the facility, including complaints and disciplinary procedures; and manage the collective or individual disputes between employees.
Main Tasks:
Manage the daily operations; ensure the optimal resource allocation; carry out the processes associated with staff planning, training and the improvement of their efficiency.
Assess the entity's exposure to the risks related to the employee relations; and develop the risk mitigation measures.
Monitor the performance of the department and conduct the periodic evaluations for the operations.
direct and support the managers in planning and implementing the employee relations processes.
Develop the policies and procedures with the aim of supporting the facility; and supervise the implementation thereof.
