121209 - Recruitment Office Manager

Generally supervise the activities of the recruitment office’s work management, planning and organizing in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of the operational plans for the management of the office and work organizing and distributing to the different work teams; follow up the implementation and application process in line with the directions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
  • Manage the daily work of the office that is related to the recruitment operations, such as receiving and studying electronic applications of foreigners recruitment, verifying their documents and the correctness of their data; take the necessary decisions in accordance with the labor provisions and the decisions and instructions related to the approved recruitment operations.
  • Supervise preparing the researches and studies related to the recruitment affairs in the private sector; participate in the implementation of the projects and initiatives aimed at developing the recruitment laws, services, rules and provisions in the Kingdom.
  • Provide the appropriate recommendations to the Ministry of Labor in relation to the needs of the Office in terms of the financial and human resources as well as the administrative requirements for the implementation of all the work and activities efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and review the recruitment reports; present them to the general management; brief the general management on the latest developments; and provide the solutions or recommendations for various important future issues, initiatives and challenges.
