121210 - Labor Office Manager

Generally supervise the activities of the labor office’s work management, planning and organizing in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of the operational plans for the management of the office and work organizing and distributing to the different work teams; follow up the implementation and application process in line with the directions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
  • Manage the daily work of the Labor Office related to the various job activities, such as employing the Saudis, recruiting the foreigners, settling the labor disputes, and conducting the regular inspections to ensure the implementation of the labor provisions, decisions and instructions in accordance with the Labor Law and the administrative instructions issued in this regard.
  • Manage and follow up the activities and processes of investigation and inspection on the labor affairs in accordance with the Labor Law and the approved administrative regulations and instructions; and ensure the issuance of penalties and fines to prevent the abuses and enforce the rules and provisions of the Labor Law.
  • Provide the appropriate recommendations to the immediate supervisor in relation to the needs of the office in terms of the financial and human resources as well as the administrative requirements for the implementation of all the work and activities efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and review the reports on the operations and services of the labor office; present these reports to the general management; brief the general management on the latest developments; and provide the solutions or recommendations on various important future issues, initiatives and challenges.
