121211 - Labor Affairs Manager

Generally supervise the activities of the labor affairs’ work management, planning and organizing in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs; follow up all the related administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that ensure the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of the operational plans for the management of the labor affairs and work organizing and distributing to the different work teams; follow up the implementation and application of the operational plans in line with the directions of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Generally supervise the work and performance of the employees in relation to the processes of investigation, control and labor inspection; direct them to the optimal implementation of the labor laws, rules and regulations; allocate the work among the employees; and evaluate their performance.
  • Supervise preparing the researches and studies related to labor affairs in the private sector; and participate in the implementation of the projects and initiatives aimed at increasing the Saudization ratio, programs for employing women and those with special needs, etc.
  • Provide the appropriate recommendations to the immediate supervisor in relation to the needs of the office in terms of the financial and human resources as well as the administrative requirements for the implementation of all the work and activities efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and review the reports on labor affairs; present these reports to the general management; brief the general management on the latest developments; and provide the solutions or recommendations for various important future issues, initiatives and challenges.
