121214 - Administrative Organization Manager

Take part in developing the key objectives, plans and programs related to the development of the entity’s administrative organization; manage, follow up and ensure the effectiveness of, the activities and work of the administrative organization of the entity; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Develop the key objectives related to the administrative management and planning; develop and implement the related plans, programs and projects; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Develop the detailed plans, programs and projects related to the development of the entity’s administrative organization, including the development of the organizational structures as well as ‎grouping of activities and manuals of procedures and processes; and propose the improvements, if necessary.
  • Oversee the preparation of specialized studies and research of the fields of business model designing, service delivery, value chain analysis and employment to develop the organizational structures and manuals of procedures , processes and services.
  • Identify the needs of administrative organization management in terms of the financial and human resources as well as administrative requirements necessary to carry out the tasks of administrative organization; and achieve the best outputs and results.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on the administrative management; submit them to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
