Develops and implements plans and policies within the organization to support, develop and manage cybersecurity workforce

Main Tasks:
  • Determine the cybersecurity jobs within the organization, and prepare job descriptions, competencies and qualifications required for those jobs in accordance with relevant national frameworks
  • Participate in preparing plans, policies, and programs for cybersecurity human resources in the organization
  • Analyze and evaluate the current situation of the organization's cybersecurity workforce, and determine the need for cybersecurity workforce
  • Participate in attracting, developing and retaining cybersecurity workforce in the organization
  • Participate in the assessment of the cybersecurity workforce in the organization

Educational Level:
  • Bachelor degree
