Develops and implements plans and policies within the organization to support, develop and manage cybersecurity workforce
Main Tasks:
Determine the cybersecurity jobs within the organization, and prepare job descriptions, competencies and qualifications required for those jobs in accordance with relevant national frameworks
Participate in preparing plans, policies, and programs for cybersecurity human resources in the organization
Analyze and evaluate the current situation of the organization's cybersecurity workforce, and determine the need for cybersecurity workforce
Participate in attracting, developing and retaining cybersecurity workforce in the organization
Participate in the assessment of the cybersecurity workforce in the organization
