121302 - Risk-Management Manager

Participate in the development of the key objectives and plans related to the risk management processes; manage and organize the risk identification processes in the various operations and activities of the entity and its organizational units; develop the appropriate systems, mechanisms and standards for managing these risks; analyze their severity; and propose the appropriate means to tackle them.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the main objectives for risk management; develop and apply plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is determined.
  • Develop the plans and strategies aimed at identifying, classifying, addressing and avoiding all types of internal and external risks associated with the work of the entity; and follow up the implementation of the activities and programs necessary to disseminate and circulate the modern methodologies and practices in the field of risk management.
  • Follow up the processes of conducting studies and analyzes aimed at identifying all types of internal and external risks that the entity may face, in coordination with the various organizational units; and report to senior management in this regard.
  • Supervise the review and auditing of the various activities, programs and processes with the aim to ensure the early detection of risks and their habitats; and provide guidance to systematically deal with risks in coordination with the concerned authorities.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports on the risk management processes and means of remedy and mitigation; present them to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various important future cases and initiatives.
