121308 - Financial Services Control Manager Plan, direct and coordinate the financial strategy and activities of the facility, in consultation with the senior management; assume the responsibility for the submitting the financial reports of the entity; and represent the entity externally in regard to the financial matters. .
Main Tasks:
Develop the objectives, standards and strategies related to the financial matters, risk management and treasury issues, that is to be in line with the general strategy and objectives of the entity.
Lead the financial department; follow up the implementation of financial strategy of the entity; and provide guidance and instructions to senior management.
Manage the reports on the financial state of the entity and its results; manage the operations of budget setting, monitoring and control; and ensure that there are effective controls to comply with the accounting standards and reporting regulations.
Monitor the performance of the financial department and its staff; ensure the adequate training; address the operational and performance deficiencies; submit the performance reports to the executive director.
Follow up setting the budget of the department; ensure compliance therewith, submit the reports and explanations of any deviations; and represent the facility externally in relation to the financial matters; and build up and maintain relationships with the shareholders, investors and other professionals in the financial sector.
