Take part in developing the objectives, initiatives and programs related to the management of licenses and permits; directly supervise the activities of managing and planning the work of licensing in line with the operational plans; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Main Tasks:
Take part in defining the objectives, initiatives and operational plans related to licenses and permits management; follow up, and ensure the effectiveness efficiency of, these plans; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Review and develop the legislations and prerequisites for issuing, renewing, revoking and amending the licenses and permits; and work to develop and improve the procedures and paths of these processes in a manner that ensures that they are conducted effectively and with the least effort.
Follow up and review the services and procedures related to licenses and permits; verify the validity of their data; collect the fees thereof; and ensure the existence of all the approvals that are required based on the approved table of authorities.
Review the received complaints about the licenses and permits services and procedures; analyze and study these complaints; take the appropriate decisions; and propose measures to overcome them and avoid their occurrence in the future.
Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on licenses and their effectiveness; submit them to the competent senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
