Plan, direct and coordinating the facility's planning activities; supervise in-depth market analysis and economic assessment of the potential business opportunities; and conduct these analyzes and evaluations.
Main Tasks:
Coordinate with the senior management to conduct the comprehensive planning of the company; and supervise the implementation thereof.
Manage and direct the daily planning activities; conduct the market studies and financial analysis; interpret the results; and report the findings and recommendations to the senior management for decision-making.
Identify the potential development opportunities; assess the economic benefits for the company; and propose a course of action to the senior management.
Maintain the technical expertise; update the knowledge on an ongoing basis; study the specialized publications; and participate in the training courses and conferences related to the field.
Select, train and supervise the staff; monitor the performance and behavior in the light of set objectives; and train and guide the direct subordinates.
