121311 - Strategic Planning Manager

Plan, direct and coordinating the facility's strategic planning activities; supervise in-depth market analysis and economic assessment of the potential business opportunities; and conduct these analyzes and evaluations.

Main Tasks:
  • Coordinate with the senior management to conduct the comprehensive strategic planning and development of the company; and supervise the implementation thereof.
  • Manage and direct the daily planning and development activities; conduct the market studies and financial analysis; interpret the results; and report the findings and recommendations to the senior management for decision-making.
  • Supervise internal and external strategic analysis processes to support in setting the entity’s vision and strategy, develope and design initiatives and programs, and work on defining performace indicators, requirements and resources for achieving the entity's objectives
  • Maintain the technical expertise; update the knowledge on an ongoing basis; study the specialized publications; and participate in the training courses and conferences related to the field.
  • Select, train and supervise the staff; monitor the performance and behavior in the light of set objectives; and train and guide the direct subordinates.
