121313 - Institutional Performance and Follow up Manager

Participate in setting the organizational performance objectives of the entity and its organizational units based on the entity’s strategies, plans and future aspirations; Directly supervise the activities of following up and monitoring the entity's performance and measuring the performance indicators and targets based on the specific measurement methods, level of frequency and duration; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in the derivation of the strategic objectives of the various organizational units in the region based on the general vision and strategy; and ensure the development of methodologies, frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these strategic plans and objectives is measured; and submit the specialized technical reports.
  • Supervise analyzing the data received from the other organizational units; provide the recommendations to senior management with the aim to ensure that all the mechanisms, applications and resources required to continuously and accurately track and record KPIs are provided; and provide suggestions on how to automate the process of following up, recording and tracking the KPIs.
  • Supervise the process of updating and modifying the balanced performance and the key performance indicators in accordance with the changes and modifications in the strategic plans and objectives, and after the approval of the entity’s senior management.
  • Ensure the coordination with the various organizational units of the entity in order to obtain their data and information related to the progress in implementing the various strategies and plans, and ensure their consistency, comprehensiveness and compliance with the policies and procedures adopted by the entity.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and general reports on managing the activities of following up and measuring the level of the general performance; submit these abstracts and reports to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
