Directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the work of the department under his supervision; follow all the administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the flow of the office’s daily processes, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage and direct the processes and procedures of coordinating the official’s meetings and interviews; manage and coordinate the communications and correspondence between him and the various internal and external entities; and ensure their effectiveness and smoothness.
  • Follow up the official’s visitors reception and respond to their inquiries; supervise the operations of answering the phone calls; review incoming correspondence and prepare the appropriate responses; and redirect the specialized issues to the competent authorities in the entity and follow up to ensure that they are effectively completed.
  • Ensure that there are effective communication channels with the various stakeholders in order to follow up the decisions and instructions issued by the office of the official; and ensure that any related information or data is obtained.
  • Supervise managing, maintaining and archiving all the decisions, letters and correspondence received or issued by the office of the official in coordination with all the concerned authorities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the employees in the office; identify their training and development needs; ensure that all the necessary requirements are fulfilled to carry out their work to the fullest; and submit the periodic reports to the immediate supervisor.
