121902 - Administrative Manger

Participate in the development of the key objectives of administrative affairs; generally supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the administrative duties within the scope of his/her supervision in accordance with the approved operational plans, follow up all the approved administrative processes; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources that guarantee the flow of daily operations as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in developing the key objectives of the administrative affairs; develop and execute the plans, programs and projects that contribute to achieving such objectives; and ensure the existence of accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Supervise the process of developing the tables of administrative authorities and procedures adopted by the entity; continuously review these tables in order to improve them; and ensure the provision of the administrative services with the required quality and speed.
  • Follow up and direct the activities of fulfilling the needs of the other organizational units and staff in terms of the various administrative services, such as transport, hospitality and hygiene; and organize the correspondence; archiving and administrative operation of buildings and utilities.
  • Supervise the implementation of the administrative laws, instructions and decisions followed by the entity; and ensure that other organizational units and employees are informed of all the decisions and administrative instructions issued by the senior management; and follow up the implementation thereof.
  • Supervise the preparation of the abstracts and reports that clarify the general rates of achievement in relation to the administrative affairs; present such abstracts and reports to the senior management; inform the senior management of the different challenges and updates; and seek the advice thereof regarding various future important cases and initiatives.
