Directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing the work of the council; supervise all the preparatory and final arrangements; and make the necessary recommendations to enable and simplify the work of the council; ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources necessary for the work and meetings of the council; manage the agendas; and write down, document and share with the relevant authorities, all observations and recommendations.

Main Tasks:
  • Supervise the preparation of the council's meeting invitations for all the members; ensure the preparation of the agenda of the meeting as well as the internal and external memos and correspondence; and ensure the coordination of all the necessary arrangements for holding the meetings and sessions.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the of the meeting’s minutes, including the discussions and decisions taken; document and send these minutes to the members of the council and the concerned authorities; and follow up all the decisions and recommendations approved by the council.
  • Supervise the maintenance of the council meetings’ files and records of minutes; and archive and document all the decisions, observations and articles discussed during the meetings and sessions.
  • Ensure the availability of all the arrangements and requirements for the meetings of the council in terms of office supplies, technologies and equipment, welcoming and hospitality services, etc.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the council secretariat’s employees; identify their training and development needs; ensure that all the necessary requirements are fulfilled to carry out their work to the fullest; and submit the periodic reports of achievement to the immediate supervisor.
