121904 - Common Service Manager
Lead and direct the organizational subordinate units of the common services sector to achieve their objectives and strategies and enhance their performance; and follow-up and ensure the achievement of distinct levels of efficiency in all their operations in accordance with the adopted policies and procedures.
Main Tasks:
Supervise all the work and activities of the common services, including the general services, such as the administrative services, maintenance services, hygiene, security, safety, administrative communications, correspondence, etc.
Plan and follow up the implementation of the periodic and preventive maintenance programs for the entity's facilities, equipment, devices and property; review the maintenance contracts; and ensure the quality of their implementation.
Supervise organizing the transmission of incoming and outgoing correspondence to and from the entity; monitor the tabulation and archiving operations; and ensure that they are documented and maintained in accordance with the procedures followed in this regard.
Supervise the level of services provided in the organizational subordinate units in terms of quality, accuracy, effectiveness, professionalism; and submit the suggestions related to the development of the workflow and the adopted procedures.
Review and follow up the progress of contracts and agreements concluded with the other government agencies, entities, external companies and private institutions; and coordinate with the other organizational units concerned with these contracts and agreements to ensure that the work is being done as per the concluded contracts.
