Take part in developing the objectives, policies and operational plans related to marketing; directly supervise the activities of managing and planning the work of marketing in line with the operational plans; and ensure the availability of all the technical and human resources guarantying the continuous implementation of daily operations, as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Main Tasks:
  • Take part in defining the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans related to marketing; follow up, and ensure the effectiveness of these plans; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
  • Develop the annual marketing plans, advertising plans and marketing and promotional programs of the entity in coordination with the organizational units and the relevant authorities.
  • Supervise the implementation of the marketing and media plans for the entity; ensure their proper execution in accordance with the agreed upon procedures, times and budgets; and ensure their effectiveness and that they fulfil the entity’s marketing objectives.
  • Build up strategic relationships with the external business partners, such as advertising companies; and work with them to prepare and disseminate all the advertising and marketing materials related to the entity and its organizational units.
  • Supervise the preparation of marketing studies; follow up the distribution of brochures, publications and other marketing materials related to the entity and its services; and ensure their dissemination and distribution in line with the marketing objectives of the entity.
