Participate in preparing the key objectives and operational plans of sales; directly supervise the activities of managing, planning and organizing sales of goods and services in accordance with the approved operational plans; follow up all the operations and services provided in the areas of sales planning and management; study and identify the methods and locations of sales; and prepare reports on sales and their levels.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in the preparation of the operational plans and executive programs of sales operations and activities; ensure their successful implementation and compliance with all the adopted policies and procedures.
  • Supervise all the daily work and activities of sales; ensure that sales prices are controlled; and monitor the sales movement and sales levels of various products, goods and services compared to the financial plans and expectations.
  • Ensure the effective coordination and communication with business partners; establish a broad base of clients and customers; communicate with them to identify any observations they have on sales methods, prices and competitive offers; and provide reports and recommendations to the senior management on this regard.
  • Follow up and direct the preparation of technical reports and analyses of the sales’ activities; review and present these reports and analyses to the senior management; inform the senior management of the technical propositions and recommendations based on such analyses and studies.
  • Oversee the work of the sales staff and guide them to the best sales practices and methods; ensure that they understand the specifications and characteristics of products and services; and follow up and evaluate their performance; and ensure the availability of all the resources, materials and techniques necessary to carry out the sales work and activities.
