122201 - Advertising Manager

Participate in the preparation of the operational plans and executive programs for advertising activities; directly supervise all the activities related to the organizing and managing the promotion and advertising work on various services, products or programs that are carried out by the entity in accordance with the operational plans; and follow-up the implementation of the advertising campaigns in various media in all its formats (visual, audio and print).

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in preparing the operational plans and executive programs for the work of advertising; develop the tools, methods and guidelines of advertising based on the adopted policies and procedures; and ensure the commitment of the subordinate staff and guide them towards best practices and modern methods in this area.
  • Build up and manage constructive and effective working relationships with TV stations, radio, newspapers, magazines, telecommunications companies and other advertising channels in order to implement the necessary advertising campaigns related to the products and services of the entity and its activities and projects in coordination with the other relevant organizational units.
  • Ensure the effective coordination and communication with the internal and external business partners in order to manage and ensure the effectiveness of the advertising activities; and ensure the best means and methods of promotion and advertising in order to deliver the messages and information to the largest possible segment of the target group.
  • Follow up and direct the preparation of the technical reports on advertising plans and campaigns; evaluate their results and impact; submit the reports to the senior management; and inform the senior management of the technical proposals and recommendations in this field.
  • Follow up on the recent advancements in the methods and techniques of executing the advertising campaigns; give directions to adopt the most appropriate of them; and identify and ensure the availability of all the resources and materials required for executing the advertising works and activities in the best manner possible
