122203 - Public Relations Manager
Participate in developing the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans related to public relations; directly supervise all the activities related to establishing and strengthening public relations with the authorities and bodies in the government, semi-government and private sector; and follow up the implementation in accordance with the approved operational plans and executive programs.
Main Tasks:
Take part in defining the objectives, policies, initiatives and operational plans related to the public relations; follow up, and ensure the effectiveness of these plans; and ensure the existence of the accurate frameworks and metrics by which the level of achieving these plans and objectives is determined.
Establish communication channels with the entity's business partners, governmental and non-governmental organizations as well as the organizational subordinate units and community institutions; and manage the relations with them in order to serve the strategy of the entity and its organizational units.
Coordinate with the concerned entities and organizational units in order to organize conferences and meetings; follow up all the exhibitions, conferences, seminars, meetings and official events; make the necessary arrangements and contacts to participate in them; and communicate with these entities to ensure their participation and attendance.
Supervise all the activities related to the preparations and equipment necessary to welcome, escort, and secure their needs of, the official delegations and VIP visitors; and supervise the program of the visit and residence.
Coordinate with the concerned organizational units in order to enhance the identity of the entity and strengthen its position through the public relations activities; organize and manage the preparation of the correspondence and letters of thanks and cards for the events and holidays; and send them to the concerned authorities in a timely manner.
