122204 - Customer Account Manager
Manage a portfolio of VIP customer accounts; maintain good relationships with the major customer; establish new relations; and supervise the delivery of solutions to the customer.
Main Tasks:
Build up and maintain relationships with the major customers; identify their needs and concerns; and provide the appropriate responses.
Identify the new potential customers; work on growth opportunities; and initiate or follow up the channels of communication with the new target customers.
Direct the teams to provide solutions to the customers; oversee a set of customer preferences, requirements and communications with the facility.
Act as a point of contact with the key customers; and resolve any issues that may arise.
Follow up on the complaints or inquiries of the VIP customers.
