Participate in preparing the operational plans and executive programs for the management and coordination of protocols; directly supervise the work of coordinating and arranging ceremonies and protocols related to the preparation and sending of the official invitations, receiving and welcoming the VIP guests and visitor, escorting them to the places of meetings, and arranging their seating according to the applicable protocols.

Main Tasks:
  • Participate in preparing the operational plans and executive programs for the work and activities of managing and coordinating the protocol, including arranging, receiving and escorting the VIP visitors and guests and high-level delegations in cooperation with all the relevant internal and external bodies.
  • Manage, follow up, and ensure the proper conduct of, all the operations and activities related to the management of the protocols that are applicable in the Kingdom; be acquainted with the latest international developments and practices in this field; and make recommendations to adopt these practices that are appropriate for the culture and values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Ensure the effective coordination with all the parties concerned with the management and coordination of the public relations and the external bodies, such as news agencies and media representatives to coordinate and organize media meetings for the senior management of the entity; and ensure that all the related preparations are completed.
  • Manage and direct the process of preparing, developing and updating the manuals of protocol arrangements for various types of events, occasions and activities; ensure that the subordinate staff are aware of and adhere to these manuals; and submit to the senior management the technical reports on various issues and developments in the work.
  • Coordinate with other relevant organizational units in order to organize the processes of welcoming the official delegations inside and outside the Kingdom; and identify and ensure the availability of all resources, materials and techniques necessary for the management of the protocol and ceremonies activities.
