Main Tasks:
Develop a strategic and commercial plan for the crop farm; and set the performance targets and budget.
Manage the operational farm operations; directly follow up staff recruiting and training; manage purchases and sales as well as the finance in general.
Supervise the full cycle of crop farming, including field preparation, crop cultivation, preservation, provision of fertilizers and harvesting; manage the prevention from agricultural pests, disease and other threats.
Manage the crop selection based on production plans and weather and demand forecasts; and supervise crop strains mixing and hybridization.
Develop the policies and procedures that ensure the compliance with the general HSE regulations; and supervise the implementation thereof.
