131203 - Crustacean Farm Manager
Plan, direct and coordinate the aquaculture farm strategy and operations; manage the staff and facilities; supervise the crustaceans’ health; and follow up the process of husbandry.
Main Tasks:
Develop a strategic and commercial plan for the aquaculture farm; and set the performance targets and budget.
Manage the operational farm operations; directly follow up staff recruiting and training; manage purchases and sales as well as the finance in general.
Supervise the crustacean health and well-being; manage the water and feeding conditions; and communicate with veterinarians regarding vaccines and other medical care matters.
Manage the crustacean farming; identify the preferred characteristics; and follow up the processes of selection and breeding.
Develop the policies and procedures that ensure the compliance with the general HSE regulations; and supervise the implementation thereof.
