132102 - Industrial Production Manager Take part in preparing the production programs and operations, according to the defined processes and methods of production; directly supervise the processes related to preparing the operational plans of managing the production and manufacturing processes and the operation of machinery and equipment; control production lines; and ensure that the production plans are successfully implemented and in conformity with the required standard specifications and quantities.
Main Tasks:
Take part in preparing the industrial production and operation programs, according to the defined processes and methods of production; follow up-on the implementation of the plans and programs; and ensure that they are in conformity with the approved technical methods and specifications of production processes.
Supervise all the daily operations of the industrial production; and ensure that the most appropriate methods are used to utilize the available resources to produce specific quantities of products within specific quality specifications, time and costs.
Ensure the effective coordination with all the concerned entities for identifying the production quantities and technical specifications that are required to meet the desires of the customers and consumers and provide added value and competitive advantage comparing to the competitive products at the local, regional or global markets.
Follow and direct preparation of researches and studies aiming at managing and developing the processes of oil refining, improve the quality of the products and the efficiency of manufacturing processes, minimize the costs and time of production, and apply the modern principles of production aiming at promoting the efficiency, reducing the lost or damaged items, and controlling the inventory.
Follow up on the recent advancements related to industrial production; give the directions to adopt the most appropriate of them; and identify and ensure the availability of all resources and materials required for executing specialized works and activities, using the recent relevant methods and practices.
