132106 - Water Desalination Plant Manager Plan, direct and coordinate processes of water desalination plant, manage daily storage, desalination and supply of water, and ensure the adherence to health & safety laws & regulations.
Main Tasks:
Develop the comprehensive strategies, policies and plans of production processes at water desalination plant, and proceed the implementation thereof.
Manage water storage, desalination and supply (pumping) at the plant, proceed planning and managing daily works of facilities and employees, and monitor the outcomes against the production volume, safety standards and defined budgets.
Execute procedures and strategies of maintenance, plan and proceed precautionary maintenance, control any deviations from the estimated standards, and address short and long-term engineering and operational problems.
Select, train and supervise plant staff, monitor and evaluate their performance against the defined targets.
Develop policies and procedures; to ensure the compliance with regulations of health, safety and environment, proceed the implementation thereof, Follow up on sector trends, identify initiatives for the continuous improvement of operative processes, and implement such initiatives.
