132209 - Geological Operations Manager Take part in preparing action plans and programs associated with geological engineering works, directly supervise preparation of operational plans related to geological processes including check sites, conduct field tests, evaluate terrain, study sites of roads, tunnels, dams and rocky cliffs in terms of geological aspects.
Main Tasks:
Take part in preparing action plans and programs associated with geological engineering works and the applications thereof in works of civil engineering, mines, environment, water facilities and dams, besides ensure adopting the best practices and the recent methods.
Supervise all day-to-day processes of geological engineering, including follow site inspections, conduct field tests, evaluate terrain, identify consequences resulting from risks of natural phenomena, such as: torrents, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes and fissures, and find the appropriate solutions thereof.
Ensure active coordination with all concerned bodies, manage shared initiatives, efforts and projects, follow and coordinate preparation of specifications of various facilities and sites in terms of geology.
Supervise preparing academic reports, re-searches and studies in the fields of engineering geology and environment, provide recommendations and outputs to the line manager, publish the results and share the same with all concerned bodies; for expanding the benefits.
Follow up on the recent developments associated with processes of geological engineering, direct adopting the most appropriate methods, identify and ensure the availability of all resources and materials required for executing specialized works and activities, using the recent relevant methods and practices.
