Main Tasks:
Manage the Planning & Delivery of Construction Projects
Supervise contractors and other suppliers, and control the performance, pursuant to contract.
Monitor progress of construction projects and the level of performance, and contact with project foremen; for maintaining alignment between targets and deadlines.
Coordinate with stakeholders, and keep them informed of the up-to-date information on the progress, cost in addition to time estimates.
Develop policies and procedures to ensure the compliance with relevant rules and regulations, and proceed the implementation thereof.
