132302 - Roads & Bridges Operations Manager

Plan, direct and coordinate construction projects, proceed all aspects of construction, control time, cost and quality, and manage contractors, engineers, architects and suppliers.

Main Tasks:
  • Manage the Planning & Delivery of Construction Projects
  • Supervise contractors and other suppliers, and control the performance, pursuant to contract.
  • Monitor progress of construction projects and the level of performance, and contact with project foremen; for maintaining alignment between targets and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, and keep them informed of the up-to-date information on the progress, cost in addition to time estimates.
  • Develop policies and procedures to ensure the compliance with relevant rules and regulations, and proceed the implementation thereof.
