Take part in preparing action plans and programs associated with constructions, directly supervise preparing operational plans related to construction works and projects in various residential, commercial, industrial, environmental and infrastructure sectors, and ensure workflow depending upon defined specifications and plans, in line with the approved procedural and technical policies and manuals.
Main Tasks:
Take part in preparing action plans and programs associated with construction works, ensure implementing the approved designs, drawings and plans, follow-up on the workflow, and ensure the full adherence to approved technical policies and procedures.
Supervise all day-to-day operations of constructional works, ensure the proper planning and execution of all phases of construction, assure the availability of raw materials, equipment, devices and workforce according to the plans, and submit the technical reports to the concerned bodies.
Ensure active coordination with all concerned bodies, respond to enquiries of stakeholders, provide the necessary clarifications on workflow and control contractors; with a view to following-up-on constructions, and ensure the compliance with all approved specifications and conditions.
Supervise preparing re-searches and studies associated with constructions, challenges and problems confronting the workflow.
Follow up on the recent developments associated with processes of constructions, direct adopting the most appropriate methods, identify and ensure the availability of all resources and materials required for executing specialized works and activities, using the recent relevant methods and practices.
